I drink about a gallon of water a day work really hard. My muscles were cramping fairly regularly turns out if you’re not putting these minerals back into your body drinking water is actually dehydrating you what the heck who would’ve thought that now I drink less water cause I crave it less Body feels great. Made a massive difference in my life. If you have an active lifestyle, you cannot live without this product. That’s just how it is in my opinion you have my lifetime subscription.
Usually don’t think sugar free has much taste. The lime margarita taste great. Only been using for three days now so not ready to judge how it makes me feel or preventing cramping. Will buy again. Wish it was available in a 60ct individual packets.
Great taste and I enjoy the convenience of adding it to my travel mug while I’m on the golf course. Especially on these hot days!
